This wine presents a deep straw colour and a rich, perfumed nose of white peach, ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and herbal notes characteristic of Roussanne, with a waxy, textured quality. On the palate it is full-bodied and generous with concentrated stone fruit, herbal complexity, and a long finish with structured, age-worthy acidity. Roussanne rewards cellaring and develops considerable complexity over time.
