West Winds The Barrel Expedition Gin 40% 700ml Bottle

West Winds The Barrel Expedition Gin is a barrel-aged gin that has been rested in oak casks to add warmth, complexity and a distinctive wood-influenced character to the botanical gin base. The cask ageing mellows the spirit, adding notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and warm spice alongside the botanical freshness of the gin. The resulting spirit occupies a fascinating space between gin and whisky, offering the complexity of an aged spirit with the aromatic character of a crafted gin. Excellent served over a large ice cube to appreciate the full flavour development, or used in cocktails where richness and depth are desired. A sophisticated choice for adventurous gin drinkers and whisky enthusiasts alike.
