Villa Maria Eg Sauvignon Blanc

Villa Maria Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc is produced from certified organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes in New Zealand, crafted under Villa Maria's Earth Garden organic program that ensures no synthetic pesticides or herbicides are used in the vineyard. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is one of the world's most distinctive and internationally recognised white wine styles, and this organic expression delivers the variety's characteristic vibrancy in a sustainably produced format. The wine presents a pale straw colour with green tints and a vibrant, aromatic nose of lime, lemongrass, fresh herbs, and passionfruit — the classic aromatics of cool-climate Awatere and Wairau Valley Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate it is dry, crisp, and refreshing with lively acidity, bright tropical and citrus fruit expression, and a clean, persistent finish. Villa Maria is New Zealand's most awarded winery, founded in 1961 by George Fistonich in Auckland and now producing wines from vineyards across Marlborough, Gisborne, and Hawke's Bay. The estate is internationally celebrated for its Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, consistently recognised among New Zealand's finest wines. Crafted at Villa Maria, Corner of Paynters and New Renwick Roads, Blenheim, Marlborough 7272, New Zealand. Visit www.villamariawines.com. Available at Bayswater Bottle-O. Liquor licence 6030004168.
