St Remy XO Brandy 40% 700ml Bottle

St Remy XO Brandy is produced by Bols, one of the world's oldest distilling companies, with production history dating to 1575 and now based in the Netherlands. The St Remy label is among the world's best-selling French brandy brands, with the XO expression representing the premium tier of the range. XO (Extra Old) designates a minimum maturation period of ten years in oak. St Remy XO is blended from selected aged eaux-de-vie and bottled at 40% ABV. The extended oak maturation contributes greater depth, complexity and structural refinement compared to the VSOP expression. On the nose, richer aromas of dried fruit, toasted wood, vanilla and dark spice develop. The palate is smooth and fuller-bodied than the VSOP, with more pronounced oak character, dried apricot and warming spice. The finish is of medium to long length, well-defined and complex. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml format.
