Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from one of New Zealand's most respected and quality-focused family wine estates — Saint Clair Family Estate, founded by Neal and Judy Ibbotson in 1978 in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. Saint Clair is one of Marlborough's most consistent and celebrated producers, producing Sauvignon Blanc of excellent purity, varietal expression, and regional identity. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has become one of the wine world's most immediately recognisable and celebrated styles: intensely aromatic with tropical passionfruit, lime zest, and fresh-cut grass aromatics, a dry and refreshing palate, and a long, vivid finish. Saint Clair's Sauvignon Blanc is an outstanding example of the style — fresh, vibrant, and expressive of the Wairau Valley's distinctive character. The wine presents a pale straw colour and a vibrant, aromatic nose of passionfruit, lime, cut grass, and white peach. On the palate it is dry and crisp with excellent natural acidity and a long, aromatic finish. Available at Bayswater Bottle-O. Liquor licence 6030004168.
