The distillery draws on fruit from the Riverland's warm, dry climate, producing wines that serve as the base for distillation. St Agnes Brandy is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in small oak barrels, with the ageing process contributing the characteristic softness, colour and complexity associated with the St Agnes house style. On the nose, aromas of caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and light oak are present. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, with soft fruit, toffee and gentle spice. The finish is of medium length, clean and warming. Bottled at 37% ABV. Available in 700ml, 150ml and 50ml formats.
