Slingsby Old Tom Gin 40% 700ml Bottle

Slingsby Old Tom Gin is an Old Tom style gin — a sweeter, more full-bodied style of gin that bridges the gap between the malty Genever and the dry London Dry style. Old Tom gin was the most popular style in 18th-century England and is experiencing a well-deserved revival among cocktail enthusiasts and gin purists. Slightly sweetened compared to a London Dry, Old Tom has a rounder, more complex character with rich botanical depth and a smooth, warming finish. It is the traditional choice for a Tom Collins or Martinez cocktail, and adds wonderful depth and body to a wide range of classic and pre-Prohibition cocktail recipes. A historically important and genuinely delicious gin style for the discerning enthusiast.
