La Boheme Act3 P/g Blend 750ml

La Bohème Act 3 Pinot Gris Blend is the third act of La Bohème's artisan wine portfolio — a Pinot Gris-based blend from the Yarra Valley of Victoria, crafted by Mac Forbes with the unconventional approach that characterises all La Bohème wines. Act 3 likely incorporates additional varieties or skin-contact techniques to produce a Pinot Gris blend of greater textural complexity and individual character than a conventional varietal expression. La Bohème is a celebrated Yarra Valley wine label created by renowned winemaker Mac Forbes, producing wines inspired by the French concept of bohemian artistic spirit combined with the cool-climate character of Victoria's Yarra Valley. La Bohème's Act wines are crafted using minimal intervention techniques and unconventional varieties to produce wines of genuine individuality and character. The wine presents a full straw or light amber colour and a complex, aromatic nose of ripe pear, spice, and textural complexity. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with generous flavour and a satisfying, complex finish. Crafted by La Bohème Wines, Yarra Valley, Victoria. Visit www.labohemewine.com.au.
