Henschke Sauvignon Blanc

Henschke Sauvignon Blanc is a premium South Australian Sauvignon Blanc from one of Australia's most legendary wine families — produced from cool-climate fruit in the Eden Valley or Adelaide Hills and crafted with the meticulous attention to quality that has defined Henschke for over 150 years. Sauvignon Blanc in the cool-climate conditions of Eden Valley or Adelaide Hills produces wines of exceptional aromatic freshness, natural acidity, and clean varietal expression. Henschke's fifth-generation winemakers apply their considerable expertise to this variety, producing a Sauvignon Blanc of genuine finesse and character beyond the ordinary. The wine presents a pale straw colour and a lively, aromatic nose of tropical passionfruit, lime zest, fresh herbs, and white peach with the precision characteristic of cool-climate South Australian growing conditions. On the palate it is dry and precisely structured with excellent natural acidity and a long, vivid finish. Henschke is one of Australia's most legendary family wine estates — founded in 1868 by Johann Christian Henschke in the Eden Valley of South Australia and now in its fifth generation under Stephen and Prue Henschke. The estate is internationally celebrated for producing some of Australia's most outstanding and collectible wines, including the iconic Hill of Grace Shiraz. Henschke's white wines — particularly their Riesling and Chardonnay from the Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills — demonstrate the same commitment to excellence that has defined this historic estate for over 150 years.
