Harewood Reserve Chardonnay

Harewood Reserve Chardonnay represents the pinnacle of Harewood Estate's Chardonnay program — a premium selection from the estate's finest vineyard parcels in the Denmark sub-region of Western Australia's Great Southern. The Reserve tier receives extended barrel maturation and greater winemaker attention to detail, producing a wine of additional complexity, depth, and cellaring potential compared to the estate's standard Chardonnay. This wine exhibits a rich straw colour and a complex, layered nose of white peach, nectarine, citrus, creamy hazelnut, and toasted oak, with the mineral tension characteristic of great Denmark Chardonnay. On the palate it is full and textured with excellent concentration, vibrant natural acidity, stone fruit and mealy complexity, and a long, refined, mineral finish. An outstanding cool-climate Chardonnay with genuine ageing potential. Harewood Estate is a celebrated wine estate in Denmark — the most maritime sub-region of Western Australia's Great Southern, located where the Southern Ocean's cool influence produces some of Australia's most elegant and aromatic white wines. The estate has earned a 5-Red-Star Rating from James Halliday's Wine Companion and won over 31 national and international trophies, confirming it as one of Australia's finest cool-climate wine producers.
