Consistently regarded as one of Western Australia's most distinguished Rieslings, Cossack is crafted with meticulous attention to terroir expression — cool temperatures and ancient soils producing grapes of extraordinary concentration, aromatic complexity, and natural acidity. The wine presents a pale green-straw colour and an intensely fragrant nose of lifted lime, lemon zest, citrus blossom, honey, baked apple, and wet stone mineral character. On the palate it is weighty and concentrated yet precise, with an almost oily texture, crisp natural acidity, and a long, stony, mineral finish of remarkable length.
