Dolin Rouge Vermouth 750ml Bottle

Dolin Rouge Vermouth 750ml is the classic sweet red vermouth from Dolin — the historic Chambéry vermouth house founded in 1821 and one of France's most revered vermouth producers. Unlike heavier Italian Rosso styles, Dolin Rouge is elegant and lighter in body, with aromas of bitter orange, dried cherry, warm spice, and subtle herbal complexity. The palate is gently sweet with a pleasantly bitter finish. An excellent Negroni vermouth and a refined choice for any cocktail requiring sweet red vermouth. Available at Bayswater Bottle-O.
