Charles de France Sparkling Rosé is a sparkling rosé wine reflecting the creativity and quality focus of Australia's diverse sparkling wine industry. Sparkling rosé wines are produced across many of Australia's celebrated wine regions, from the cool-climate areas of Tasmania and the Yarra Valley to the King Valley and the Clare Valley, each contributing distinct fruit character and regional identity. The wine presents with a vibrant pink to salmon colour and fine, lively bubbles forming a delicate, persistent mousse. Aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, rose petal and red cherry are complemented by a palate that is crisp, refreshing and fruit-forward with a clean, dry finish. Produced from varieties such as Pinot Noir, Shiraz or Grenache. Serve well chilled at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
