Castelli Riesling 750ml

Castelli Estate Riesling is a premium cool-climate Riesling from this family-owned Denmark estate in Western Australia's Great Southern — one of Australia's most distinguished environments for producing Riesling of intensity, purity, and remarkable longevity. Denmark's cool maritime influence produces Riesling of vibrant citrus aromatics, crystalline purity, and exceptional natural acidity that gives the wine outstanding ageing potential. The Castelli family's minimal intervention approach preserves the natural aromatic character and mineral tension of the estate's Riesling. The wine presents a pale straw colour with green hues and a fragrant, expressive nose of lime juice, lemon blossom, green apple, and a characteristic mineral, almost flinty note. On the palate it is bone-dry and precise, with focused citrus and apple fruit, vibrant natural acidity, and a long, clean, mineral finish of considerable length. A wine of outstanding ageing potential. Castelli Estate is a premium family-owned wine estate in Denmark — the most maritime sub-region of Western Australia's Great Southern. Founded by the Castelli family, the estate produces wines from its Mount Shadforth Road vineyard that express the cool, maritime character of Denmark through minimal intervention winemaking. Castelli Estate has quickly built a reputation for wines of finesse, elegance, and genuine regional identity. Crafted at Castelli Estate, 380 Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark, Western Australia 6333.
