Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato is a light-bodied, gently sparkling wine produced from Moscato (Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains) or similar aromatic grape varieties. Moscato-style sparkling wines are celebrated for their naturally sweet, aromatic character and lower alcohol content, achieved by arresting fermentation to retain residual sugar and preserve the grape's natural sweetness. The wine presents with a pale straw or pink hue and fine, delicate bubbles. The bouquet is intensely aromatic, with notes of peach, apricot, orange blossom, rose petal and fresh grape. On the palate it is light, gently sweet and refreshing, with vibrant fruit flavours and a clean, crisp finish. Serve well chilled at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
