Adelaide Hills Rosso Vermouth 750ml

Vermouth is a fortified, aromatised wine infused with a secret blend of botanicals, herbs, spices, and roots that transforms it into something extraordinary — both as a standalone aperitif and as an essential cocktail ingredient. From dry French-style vermouths perfect for a Martini to rich Italian-style Rosso vermouths that define the Negroni and Manhattan, and elegant Blanc vermouths that shine in lighter cocktails, the world of vermouth is endlessly diverse and deeply rewarding. A well-chilled glass of quality vermouth on ice with an orange twist is one of the great simple pleasures. Our range at Bayswater Bottle-O spans classic European houses and exciting new Australian craft producers. Available at Bayswater Bottle-O. Liquor licence 6030004168.
